Our Services
We provide social and health assistance, including transportation, meals, personal hygiene and therapeutic activities, to the elderly and individuals with mental or physical disabilities. Services are provided during normal business hours through adult care centers at our facility in North Andover.
Health and Wellness Services
Our center offers a range of healthcare services, including nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, medical monitoring, and medication management. These services are designed to help participants manage chronic conditions, recover from illness or injury, and maintain their overall well-being.
Social and Recreational Activities
Our programs provide social and recreational activities to promote socialization, mental stimulation, and emotional well-being. These activities include arts and crafts, exercise programs, educational classes, and social outings.
Individualized Care Plans
Each participant receives an individualized care plan, tailored to his/her unique healthcare needs and personal preferences. The care plan is developed in consultation with the participant’s healthcare providers and may be adjusted as their needs change.
Nutritional Support
We provide nutritious meals and snacks to participants. Dietary services are to meet participants’ dietary needs.
Transportation Services
We offer door-to-door transportation to and from the program for participants
